2016 iProperty.com People's Choice Awards open for nominations

Nominations are now open to all developers in Malaysia until July 15 for the 2016 iProperty.com People's Choice Awards.

Dubbed as the "Oscars" of the industry, the event is the only one where property buyers and investors are given an opportunity to select the winners and honour the best developers and developments in Malaysia.

Once nomination close, industry experts will come together to review and shortlist entries for each of the 16 categories, iProperty.com Malaysia said in a statement today.

Upon entries being shortlisted, consumers will be invited to cast their votes online, the property portal added.

Nomination forms, award criteria and other information is available at http://www.iproperty.com.my/awards.

iProperty Group CEO Georg Chmiel said this year's winners would be announced on Nov 10.

"The awards celebrates the passion, excellence and commitment that developers have in developing projects that meet the needs of property buyers and investors.

"Without them, the skylines of Malaysia will be empty and we won't have developments to be proud of," he added.
