AirAsia completes AirAsia Japan's reorganisation
AirAsia said the reorganisation was facilitated to ensure streamlining of voting interest amongst all the shareholders of AirAsia Japan.
AirAsia Bhd has completed a shareholding reorganisation exercise of AirAsia Japan Co Ltd through its wholly-owned subsidiary, AirAsia Investment Ltd.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia Wednesday, AirAsia said the reorganisation was facilitated to ensure streamlining of voting interest amongst all the shareholders of AirAsia Japan.
"The reorganisation scheme has been submitted to the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau," Air Asia said, adding that the reorganisation had minimal impact on its economic interest in AirAsia Japan.
