AirAsia will relocate its operations at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, Indonesia, to Terminals 2E for international flights and 2F for domestic flights, effective tomorrow, due to renovation work currently ongoing at the old Terminal 3.
AirAsia's domestic and international flight schedules would not be affected by the move, said AirAsia in a statement.
AirAsia's check-in and baggage drop counters for all international and domestic flights would be located at counters 73-81 in the departure area of Terminal 2F.
"Guests departing from Terminals 2E and 2F are advised to arrive two hours before the scheduled time of departure," it said.
For a seamless travel experience, AirAsia recommended that guests check-in via airasia.com or via the mobile app, as well as, print their boarding pass before departing for the airport.
AirAsia members can also check their flight status using the "Manage My Booking" feature on the AirAsia website.
