AirAsia X shares to be suspended Friday
AirAsia X was set to announce a rights issue as early as Friday.
AirAsia X Bhd announced that the company's shares will be suspended tomorrow.
In filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the long-haul budget carrier said the suspension was pending the release of a material announcement.
It was reported that AirAsia X was set to announce a rights issue as early as Friday to try and close a growing cash-flow gap.
AirAsia X shares closed at 65.5 sen, down 1.5 sen.
