Amirudin new CyberSecurity Malaysia CEO

CyberSecurity Malaysia, an agency under the Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry (MOSTI), has appointed Dr Amirudin Abdul Wahab as its new chief executive officer, effective Jan 14.

In a statement today, CyberSecurity Malaysia said prior to his appointment, Amirudin had served as Head of MOSTI's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Policy Division from January 2010.

"In that capacity, he led various development programmes and activities of the ICT Cluster of MOSTI agencies," it added.
