Biggest Mydin hypermarket opens tomorrow

Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd will officially open its 13th hypermarket and its biggest in Malaysia at Seremban 2 here tomorrow.

The new hypermarket is housed in a four-storey building with a floor area of 950,000 sq ft (88,258 sqm) that combines modern and Islamic architecture, marketing and communications manager Sabariah Mohd said in a statement Thursday.

Customers can use self-scanning devices, an e-payment system or their own Touch & Go card for a more comfortable shopping experience, while the opening ceremony will be officiated by the company's founder and chairman Mydin Mohamed, the statement added.
