Brahim's Airline Catering Sdn Bhd, a 70 percent-owned subsidiary of Brahim's Holdings, has extended its negotiation with Malaysia Airline System Bhd to April 30 from March 31 to further discuss a new catering agreement.
The parties entered into a settlement agreement on Feb 26, 2015 to settle disputes over an in-flight catering agreement and renegotiate the terms for a new contract.
The purpose of the extension is to give more time for both companies to finalise the negotiations, Brahim's said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
