Celcom Axiata terminates MoU with MyEG
The MoU had transited to a business arrangement with the appointment of MyEG as Celcom's direct channel partner in January.
Celcom Axiata Bhd and MyEG Services Bhd (MYEG) have mutually agreed, with immediate effect, to terminate a memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed in September 2013, to explore business opportunities and collaboration in e-government services delivery.
The telecommunication company said the MoU had transited to a business arrangement such as the appointment of MyEG as Celcom's direct channel partner in January to promote, market and distribute products and services to end-users.
"As such, the MoU would therefore no longer exist," it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia Tuesday.
