Celcom rolls out iPad Air data plans

Celcom Axiata Bhd today announced it is offering the new iPad Air with Wi-fi + Cellular with a range of attractive data plans that allow customers to connect to its lightning-fast LTE network with speeds up to 10 times that of normal 3G.

The new iPad features a 9.7-inch Retina display, and is 20% thinner and 28% lighter than the fourth generation iPad, the mobile telecommunications provider said.

"The new A7 chip in the iPad Air, designed with 64-bit desktop-class architecture, will deliver killer performance of up to two times faster central processing unit and graphics performance than its predecessor, without sacrificing battery life," it said in a statement here Monday.
