FGV: Zakaria submits reply to show cause letter

Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd’s (FGV) suspended president and chief executive officer, Datuk Zakaria Arshad today submitted his reply to a show cause letter from the company.

However, he was not present to submit the letter but sent his brother, Maulud Arshad to submit it on his behalf.

The letter was submitted to FGV’s company secretary, Koo Shuang Yen.

Last June 6, Zakaria was instructed to go on forced leave effective immediately by the company's board of directors, to allow them to investigate the Safitex Trading LLC’s debt issue with Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd.
