Local banks on par with global players
The net intrest margin (NIM) of banks in Malaysia is at a stable rate on par with international instituitions such as America.
However, the execution of the bank's regulatory framework based on Basel III and the increase of global competition is expected to put pressure on the adjusted trial balance of local banks .
