MAS adopts new flight technology to optimise operations
The national carrier can now better manage aircraft utilisation, flight and maintenance schedules, on-time performance as well as irregular operations and disruptions.
Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has adopted the latest flight operations technology to fully optimise its operations and to streamline activity and improve decision-making.
"With the implementation of the technology, introduced by Sabre Corporation, MAS can better manage aircraft utilisation, flight and maintenance schedules, on-time performance as well as irregular operations and disruptions," it said in a statement.
The technology integrates across all critical operational areas including aircraft monitoring, crew, passenger and cargo movement and provides the airline's operational control centre with a complete view of all issues and disruptions so employees can address them quickly.
