Inquiries on the refunds should be made directly with the bank that issued the credit or debit card under the 'service not received' or a similar category," Mavcom said in a statement Friday.
The commission also urged Rayani Air's customers to immediately contact their respective banks on the repayment, as different terms and conditions were imposed by each bank.
"Users also have to submit the relevant documents to the bank to process the refund," the statement added.
On June 13, Mavcom had cancelled Rayani Air's Air Service License (ASL) following its violation of the licensing terms, coupled with its financial and administrative shortcomings to operate a commercial airline.
