Muhammad Noor to resign as Malakoff director
Muhammad Noor currently sits on the board of SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd and Lafarge Malaysia Bhd.
Datuk Muhammad Noor Hamid will resign as a director of Malakoff Corp Bhd effective Aug 31, 2017.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Malakoff said, the resignation was due to professional and personal reasons.
Muhammad Noor currently sits on the board of SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd and Lafarge Malaysia Bhd.
