New gold plated USB drives launched

Strontium Technology Pte Ltd has launched its premium solid metal Universal Serial Bus (USB) drives called Ammo.

In a statement today, it said the new Ammo USB flash drive with a shiny metallic lustre is available in gold and silver colour finish.

The gold finish drive is actually plated with real 24 carat gold, giving it a rich appearance. Strontium's new Ammo USB 2.0 gold plated flash drive is available from 16GB to 64GB capacity and the silver finish is available with five different memory storage capacities ranging from 4GB to 64GB.

Available at capacities ranging from 4GB to 64GB, Strontium's Ammo (silver) flash drive will be available at a retail price ranging from US$4.50 (RM13.82) to US$38.00 (RM116.74).

The Ammo (gold) flash drive in the range of 16GB to 64GB, is priced between US$14.00 (RM43.01) to US$46.00 (RM141.31) accompanied with a five- year limited warranty.
