Priced at RM52,999, the Ducati Scrambler Sixty2 is mostly aimed at female riders who are seeking a smaller-engine bike that is easy to handle.
Next Bike Sdn Bhd, importer and distributor of Ducati motorcycles in Malaysia, today unveiled the Ducati Scrambler Sixty2.
Next Bike Head of Company, Jack Lo Yong Wai, said the model, priced at RM52,999 (inclusive of goods and services tax but excluded road tax and insurance), was aimed at riders committed to motorcycling lifestyle.
"It is also aimed at female riders who are seeking a smaller-engine bike that is easy to handle," he said.
Lo said this at the launch and test-drive of the bike here today.
Sixty2 is the latest addition to the Ducati Scrambler version. Its existing models are The Icon, Urban Enduro, Full Throttle and Classic.
He said Ducati Scrambler offered unlimited range of exclusive personalisation and lifestyle options, thanks to a vast range of apparels and Ducati accessories.
"Our apparels, like helmets and outdoor jackets, are intended not just as 'riding gear' but as a true lifestyle option.
"This is more than just a new model but rather a new brand and approach to the motorcycling world," he said.
Sixty2 comes with 399-cubic centimetre-sized engine, an air-cooled V-twin as well as front and rear Bosch 9M anti-lock braking system.
It has three colour choices – Atomic Tangerine, Ocean Grey and Shining Black.
Next Bike is one of Naza World Group motorcycle brand portfolios.
