Over 500 businesses to take part in ODOI showcase - Ahmad Maslan

Over 500 businesses are expected to take part in the One District One Industry (ODOI) showcase, for four days starting Dec 3, at the Melaka International Trade Centre.

Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister, Datuk Ahmad Maslan, said the ODOI showcase would be organised by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

"The showcase will feature businesses of various sectors from 14 states including homestay, health, food, crafts and services.

"Even though the showcase has an online business theme, it is opened to all types of businesses," he told reporters after visiting the MITI office here Wednesday.

He said the showcase would also involve all agencies under MITI, including the Malaysia External Trade Development Corp, SME Corp Malaysia, SME Bank and Malaysian Investment Development Authority.
