Perodua Viva named Value-for-money Car Of The Year for 7th year
The Perodua Viva has received the "Value-For-Money Car of the Year (1.3L and below)" award for the seventh year at the Frost & Sullivan's Malaysia Award Ceremony here Wednesday night.
Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd Managing Director Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said the Viva represented the company's commitment to offer Malaysians the most affordable overall cost of ownership.
"In many ways, this award reflects our core objective of producing high quality yet affordable vehicles to Malaysians and we will continue to do so with our newer models," he said in a statement.
The Perodua Viva is the most affordable entry level vehicle in the market with the Viva Basic starting from RM24,936 onwards.
The Viva model is one of the highest selling models in the country and have sold some 419,000 units since it was launched in 2007.
