KUALA LUMPUR: SEDANIA Innovator Berhad (“SEDANIA'' or the “Company”), through one of its subsidiary companies, Offspring Inc enters Thailand, adding to its global footprint as the Company continues its expansion in key markets.
In a previous statement, SEDANIA’s Offspring has expanded to four markets - Spain, Finland, Cambodia and South Korea.
With the recent expansion into Thailand, Offspring Inc is now available in 11 export countries including the United States, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines and Russia.
SEDANIA’s Founder and Managing Director, Datuk Azrin Mohd Noor said, “Expansion plan has always been the key focus for Offspring. Getting into Thailand further solidifies the growth strategic plan for the Company”.
Offspring will be made available in a dedicated web store designed specifically for Thailand in two languages, English and Thai.
In addition, the product will also be available on top online shopping platforms such as Shopee and Lazada Thailand.
Commenting on the target prospect for Thailand, Azrin said, “I am confident that Offspring will make yet another breakthrough by offering our top-quality organic products equipped with our comprehensive distributor programme that will further assist our counterpart expand their market reach”.
Based on the statistical data from market research conducted by Offspring Inc, total birth rates in Thailand is estimated to be around 780,000 newborns annually.
The rate is 56 per cent higher compared to estimated birth rates in Malaysia. From the birth rates estimation, Offspring Inc is currently working towards a market share of RM25mil per annum.
According to figures from Euromonitor International, the global baby diaper market is expected to witness compound annual growth rate (CAGR) to an estimated USD51.53 billion by 2024.
Thailand is expected to be one of the fastest growing markets for baby diapers in Southeast Asia.
Azrin further added, “The staggering numbers represent a golden opportunity for Offspring. We anticipate Thailand to be the leading export country for the Asian market.”

Offspring Inc is a health tech company focusing on early childcare solutions, among which producing high quality organic baby products.
