SEOUL: South Korea will continue to consult with the U.S. to maintain a "balance of interests" between the two countries that was established by an earlier tariff deal, its industry minister said on Monday in a meeting with the business community.

In televised remarks, he did not specify what actions if any South Korea will take regarding the 15% tariffs imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump, whose broad import duties against trading partners have been overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
