TNB extends Moggie's term as non-executive chairman

Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) today announced that the service of Tan Sri Leo Moggie as Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman has been extended.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the utilities company said the board of directors had approved the extension for an additional two years, effective March 12, 2017. -- BERNAMA
