Vincent Tan, Shahril Samsuddin to speak at Forbes conference

Berjaya Corporation Group of Companies founder Tan Sri Vincent Tan and SapuraKencana Petroleum President and Group CEO Tan Sri Shahril Shamsuddin will be among 25 business luminaries to speak at the 14th annual Forbes Global CEO Conference in Singapore this October.
The three-day conference, beginning Oct 28, will also see The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd chairman Peter Woo, Alliance Boots executive chairman Stefano Pessina, OUE Ltd executive chairman Stephen Riady and Visy Australia/ Pratt Industries USA global chairman Anthony Pratt addressing the participants on several issues.
Forbes said, in a statement, that the highlights of the conference would, among others, be a "Meeting of Minds" dialogue between Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Forbes Media LLC chairman and Editor-in-Chief Steve Forbes.
Under the theme of “The Next Horizon”, this year’s conference will focus on the evolution of success – how leaders can master progression, deal with disruption, and keep striving towards future opportunities for growth and expansion.
Forbes said conference sessions will cover a wide range of topics including: the outlook for the global economy, prospects in emerging markets and investment opportunities in sectors such as finance, technology, energy and real estate.
