BN independents can be sacked, says Muhyiddin

Any Barisan Nasional party members contesting as an independent in the 13th General Election could be sacked.
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said that this could be done in accordance to the party's constitution.
"If they want to cause problems as mentioned earlier, I hope that they would think twice," said the BN deputy chairman.
"Based on experience, maybe in a day or two they feel disappointed ... closing their operations room, they do not go down to help the machinery, or do not go to ceramahs, they want to show frustration ... they usually come around. This time we hope they do not do that, " he said.
He also reminded those who have not been chosen to be candidates to receive the deicisions with an open heart and give unwavering support to the party.
He said each candidate must persevere for the victory ofo BN as a while and he did not want anyone that could half the achievements of the party at the coming GE.
