PAS president, Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang stated that the spreading of a lewd video which said to be link with a senior leader of the party is defamation.

He said although the video went viral publicly, it was not a problem from Pas and the leader who have been the victim of the video recording need not have to give explanation to the party.

“We (PAS) believe this as defamation. We really believe that this thing is not even true,” Hadi told reporters at Rusila, Marang earlier today.

Abdul Hadi also said that, this matter does not have to being discuss in a central Pas meeting as it was just a “small issue” and the party need more time to focus on other issues.
