Ibrahim Ali appeals for no action against Che Johan

Datuk Ibrahim Ali has urged the Umno Disciplinary Committee not to take action against Pasir Mas Umno division deputy chief Che Johan Che Pa for failing to file nomination papers on Saturday.

"I appeal that no action be taken against Che Johan as what he did was actually good for Barisan Nasional," said Ibrahim at a rally in Kampung Kubang Bunut here tonight.

Ibrahim who is defending Pasir Mas parliamentary seat as an independent is involved in a straight fight with Nik Mohd Abduh Nik Abdul Aziz from PAS.
