PM Najib in Kuala Terengganu to support BN

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak arrived here this morning as part of his whirlwind tour to various states to whip up support for Barisan Nasional (BN) in Sunday's general election.
The special aircraft carrying Najib, his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, and their daughter, Nooriyana Najwa, landed at the Sultan Mahmud Airport at 9.15 am.
Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Said, his wife, Toh Puan Seri Nurliza Mahmud and State BN component party leaders greeted them at the airport.
From the airport, Najib proceeded to Kampung Bukit Wan to attend the national-level Excellent Rural Area Award presentation.
In the afternoon, Najib will meet the state Volunteer Reserve Corp (RELA) at Taman Tamadun Islam before attending an evening with the people gathering and present aid to fishermen at Mengabang Telipot Mosque field in Kuala Nerus.
From there, the prime minister will proceed to visit 1Malaysia Rehabilitation Centre and Umno Coordination Centre for Seberang Takir state seat at Kampung Telaga Daing, here.
Najib will return to Kuala Lumpur this evening.
