Reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner is the latest face of MAC in an announcement made by the cosmetics giant on Friday.
With this, Jenner and MAC is unveiling a brand new lipstick called Finally Free which is going to be available in April.
Jenner says make-up has played an important part of his life during his transition from Bruce to Caitlyn.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit MAC AIDS Fund Transgender Initiative.
“To be honest, I want people to use it every day so they have to buy more. I want to raise a lot of money. It’s very simple,” Jenner told Vogue magazine in a recent interview.
The announcement took the social media world by surprise as the giant cosmetic company in 2015 said that it will unveil a makeup line inspired by the late Selena Quintanilla, a popular pop singer in the 90s, who was shot dead by her former manager.
A petition is also being organised to have MAC cosmetics inspired by the late Aaliyah, also a 90s pop star who died in a plane crash in 2001.
Netizens seemed more excited for such collaborations, as compared to the current one with Jenner.
