"Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe and "Happy" singer Pharrell Williams are among some 30 celebrities who will get a star on Hollywood's storied Walk of Fame next year, organizers announced Thursday.
Melissa McCarthy, Will Ferrell, Jim Parsons and Amy Poehler also joined the honorees chosen for recognition on the sidewalk along Tinseltown's tourist-thronged Hollywood Boulevard.
"The new selections represent the best of the entertainment industry, and will be a great addition to the Walk of Fame for both the Hollywood community and fans from around the world," said Maureen Schultz, head of the selection committee.
"We look forward to welcoming all our new honorees to one of the most popular tourist attractions in California."
The 2015 honorees were picked from hundreds of nominations by the Walk of Fame committee, and ratified by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
Under its rules, they have to schedule their star ceremony within five years, or the award expires.
British-American screenwriter and novelist Raymond Chandler, who died in 1959, and Batman creator Bob Kane, who died in 1998, will receive their stars posthumously.
