Psy has set another YouTube record after the music video for his hit single "Gangnam Style" broke 2.4 billion views, his management agency said, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported.
The video, which has driven the world to a horse-riding frenzy since 2012, was viewed 2.42 billion times as of Tuesday, YG Entertainment said, adding the milestone was reached only four months after the previous record of 2.3 billion views was set.
The agency posted an image on its official blog (www.yg-life.com) in which the cartoon version of the rapper makes the horse-riding pose with a smirk on his face.

In March, the continued success of "Gangnam Style" led YouTube to raise its maximum view count to an astronomical proportion of more than 9 quintillion.
Psy's other music videos have also remained in the spotlight with his "Gangnam Style" sequel, "Gentleman," being viewed nearly 870 million times as of Tuesday. The threequel, "Hangover," which was among the most watched K-pop videos of 2014, has been watched 210 million times.
Psy recently said he has decided to return to his earlier days and focus on his local fans.
