AMERICAN rock group Queens Of The Stone Age are headed back to the studio before the end of the year to work on their seventh album, according to band member Troy Van Leeuwen.
Speaking on the "2 Hours With Matt Pinfield" podcast, guitarist Van Leeuwen revealed that the band's next album will be "simpler" than its predecessor, although frontman Josh Homme recently stated that the band will have the same line-up as on their most recent album, 2013's "...Like Clockwork" (via NME).
"We've already started talking about what we're gonna do next for the next Queens record," Van Leeuwen said.
"There's tons of ideas that are bouncing around... We're going to do something before the end of the year, as far as recording goes."
