Bride-to-be Rozita Che Wan paraded a whopping RM11 million worth of jewellery during her ‘malam berinai’ (a night of henna) at the Dewan N’dah Shah Alam last night.

The jewellery, fully sponsored by Habib Jewels, included a massive diamond-studded headgear, drop earrings, two rings and a necklace.

The ‘Kiah Pekasam’ series actress donned two sets of jewellery that went with her two outfits for the night.

Her first change of clothes was a purple modern kebaya designed by Rizman Ruzaini while the other a full-fledged white bridal gown designed by Bianco Mimosa.

Rozita, 42, sat on the beautifully-decorated dais while her hands were applied with henna that was sponsored by My Beautiful Henna. Her 29-year-old fiancé, Zain Saidin sat close by.

About 200 guests attended the event including family members, friends from the entertainment industry as well as the media. Several personalities spotted there included host Datuk Aznil Nawawi, actress Ayu Raudhah and actress-comedian Sharifah Shahora.

Rozita’s eldest child, 17-year-old Ammar Effendy, expressed his delight at seeing his mother ending her widowhood.

Zain and Rozita are slated to wed at the Setia City Convention Centre in Shah Alam after Maghrib prayers tonight.

The bride-to-be is slated to receive dowries worth RM32,500 (RM9,300 ‘mas kahwin’ and RM23,200 ‘wang hantaran’) and a RM93,000 wedding ring.

After the wedding reception on Friday, the celebrity couple will depart to Rome, Milan, Venice, Frankfurt and Amsterdam for a two-week honeymoon beginning Dec 16.
