Actor Fizo Omar pledges to become organ donor - Health Ministry

Actor Fizo Omar has pledged to become an organ donor, according to Health Ministry.

In a statement here today, the ministry said Fizo, whose real name is Wan Hafizol Wan Omar, had also made public of his pledge on his Instagram and Facebook page.

"He has also informed his wife and mother of his pledge because he says when he dies, they will be the ones who could sign the approval for organ donation," the statement said.

Fizo on Friday updated his Instagram and Facebook page with a picture of the pledge and donor card, saying: "Insyaallah (God's willing), I pray that one day my organs will be able to benefit patients in need."
