Harith Iskander puzzled why son's photo appeared on porn site
HARITH: An email has been sent to the MCMC on the matter and they are currently looking into it.
Comedian Harith Iskander said he was puzzled why a photo of his three-year-old son was uploaded on a porn website as the child was ordinarily dressed.
“I am puzzled why the photo was uploaded on the website. It was just an ordinary photo,” he said when contacted by Astro AWANI today.
He said an email on the matter has been sent to the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
“I have received a response from MCMC, they are looking into it now.
“I hope MCMC can take the website down,” said Harith.
The 49-year-old comedian came to know of the postings Wednesday morning after receiving a Google Alert notification via email.
Through the email, there was a link link to an article titled 'Latest photo of Harith Iskander's baby'.
There were a picture of Harith's son, Zander Xayne Iskander wearing a Liverpool jersey when he was a baby and another picture of Harith holding on to Zander.
The comedian said following the incident, he would be more alert and careful when uploading photos of his children.
On Wednesday, Harith had posted the matter on his Facebook page.
