Indonesian star, Julia Perez reveals she has cervical cancer

Dangdut star, Julia Perez stunned her adoring fans after a revelation that she is battling with cervical cancer.
The rising star, popularly known as Jupe in an interview with news portal Kompas.com announced that a recent biopsy conducted in Singapore revealed that she has been diagnosed with Stage 2A cervical cancer.
“This is what I have been hiding from all of you,” said Jupe, in an emotional interview conducted in Kemang -- an upmarket section located in the south of Jakarta.
Jupe said that she is optimistic about what the future holds for her health.
Jupe. who was catapulted to instant stardom after she acted in Suami-Suami Takut Istri said, the early symptoms were detected when she attended a function in Bali, not too long ago.
Jupe claimed that she experienced excessive bleeding which she initially thought was just a sign exhaustion. Unfortunately, the bleeding persisted for the next seven months.
