It is official: Erra Fazira & Engku Emran are now divorced

Local actress and singer Erra Fazira and her husband Engku Emran Engku Zainal Abidin is officially divorced with “talak satu”. The divorce took place at the Syariah High Court here, on Tuesday morning. Judge Mohammad Adib Husain confirmed the pronouncement (lafaz) made by Engku Emran after the two sides agreed to a mutual separation. Fazira Wan Chek or better known as Erra Fazira and Engku Emran were married on October 25, 2007. Their five-year-old daughter, Engku Aleesya is the result of their seven-year marriage. This is the second divorce for Erra, as she was previously married to Yusry Abdul Halim. In a latest development, Erra will appear along with Ziana Zain and Awie in a theatrical concert 'Suara Kita' from 3rd to 9th March.
