J.K. Rowling's Pottermore website offers first look at Chamber of Secrets illustrated edition

Harry Potter fans can now get a glimpse of the upcoming illustrated edition of "Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets" from Bloomsbury on the Pottermore website.

Award-winning illustrator Jim Kay has done the illustrations for the book. He also did the illustrated version of "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone Illustrated Edition". The upcoming book will feature 115 new color images, including a female phoenix and the Hogwarts castle at night.

"Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Illustrated Edition" from Bloomsbury Publishing will be released in hardback on October 4, 2016.
