Mariah Carey expresses gratitude to Malaysian fans

Pop diva Mariah Carey, who just finished the Malaysia leg of 'The Elusive Chanteuse Show' tour at the Stadium Merdeka here Wednesday night, expressed her gratitude to Malaysia fans through her official Twitter account.
The tweet: "Thank you Malaysia for sitting through the thunder, lightning and fire with me! You were amazing #KualaLumpur #TheElusiveChanteuseShow" was posted early Thursday morning.
Most of the fans faithfully stayed until the end of the show, braving through the rainy weather with raincoats and umbrellas.
Before the concert, the 'We Belong Together' hit maker made the most of her time in Kuala Lumpur by living every world-renowned chanteuse's dream - to shop till you drop!
The accommodating superstar mum of the three-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, got up close and personal with her fans while shopping at a mall in the city centre.
She obligingly signed autographs and posed with hordes of screaming fans who patiently waited for her at the mall's premises.
Mariah's last visit to Kuala Lumpur was in 2004 for her 'Charmbracelet World Tour'.
After KL, the Asian leg of her tour will continue in Singapore on Friday.
