Michael Learns to Rock set to rock Kuala Lumpur

Michael Learns To Rock (MLTR), the famous Danish pop rock band, is expected to make waves at its concert in conjunction with the band's 25th anniversary celebration at Mega Star Arena, Kuchai Lama, here.

Warner Music international department manager, Dawn Benedict said all the 4,000 tickets for the two-day concert from Aug 14 were sold out.

"Due to MLTR fans' requests, we have extended the show to Aug 15. The fans are not only from the 1990's music fan generation, but also include today's youths - some as young as 15 years old," she told Bernama, here, today.

Benedict said the band held the title of the "biggest selling international act in Malaysia ever", which was one of the reasons for the band to hold the concert here.

After Kuala Lumpur, the band will continue its concert tour to Denmark and the Philippines.
