Rihanna uses Dubsmash app to tease new track

In a move that is generating excitement and frustration in equal measure, the pop singer is releasing 10-second snippets of her latest track, "Bitch Better Have My Money," via the video-sharing app.

Dubsmash lets users create ‘pop videos' of themselves -- it lets people shoot clips of themselves lip-syncing to a song shot via smartphone -- and then share them with others.

And while some of Rihanna's fans have embraced this novel, bit-by-bit sonic unveiling, others have been less enamored, taking to Twitter to vent their frustration.

However, once the teasing is over, the full track is also expected to officially drop for Dubsmash and non- Dubsmash users alike later on Thursday.
