Government to build 300 homes for flood victims

The government will build homes for flood victims in Gua Musang, said Paloh state assemblyman Datuk Nozula Mat Diah.

He said an estimated amount of RM45,000 to RM48,000 will be spent on each house, adding that about 300 houses will be built.

He said several locations have been identified around Paloh, Galas and Neggiri to rebuild the homes.

Nozula said the government is also planning to build 100 houses on a 40 hectare land. However, he said, the matter is subjected to approval by the state government.

He said the project will focus on infrastructure like road, electricity and water.
