KUALA LUMPUR: Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney met Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit in Kuala Lumpur, where both leaders discussed expanding bilateral cooperation in trade, education, and energy sectors on Monday (October 27).
