Cimb's color run tickets sold out within three hours

The Color Run Singapore tickets, involving over 12,000 entries, have been fully sold out within three hours of its launch. Registration started online yesterday at noon via http://www.thecolorrun.com.sg/. All Individual Entry tickets for both days, Aug 17 and 18, were fully sold out by 3pm. CIMB Bank Singapore chief executive officer, Mak Lye Mun said:"It is heartening to see Singapore welcome The Color Run with open arms. "The overwhelming response is a clear testament to how Singapore embraces the colourful side of life and that there's a lot more fun and happiness to Singaporeans than meets the eye, despite what the Gallup survey may say," Mak said in a statement here. The survey had said Singaporeans were an emotionless lot. Presented in Singapore by CIMB Bank, The Color Run also known as the "Happiest 5k on the Planet", is a unique color race that celebrates healthiness, happiness, individuality, and giving back to the community.
