SINGAPORE: Renowned Malaysian motorsports athlete, Leona Chin, continues to bring pride to Malaysia as she received the prestigious Brand Icon Leadership Award – Sports Icon (Motorsports) at The BrandLaureate Brand of the Year Awards held in Singapore.

The award was presented by Y.M Tengku Dato’ Dr. Hishammuddin Zaizi, recognizing Leona’s exceptional contributions to motorsports and her influential journey as a global sports icon. This recognition cements her status as one of the most influential figures in the industry, inspiring the next generation of racers and motorsports enthusiasts.

• Macau Grand Prix: Only female that competed in the Greater Bay Area GT Cup (GT4) category, finishing 15th out of 28 racers.

• Shanghai 8 Hours Endurance Race: Secured a 3rd-place podium in the GTC-Porsche category.

• China Circuit Sprint Challenge (CCSC): Clinched the overall championship title in the ‘Master’ category at the winter round held at the V1 International Circuit in Tianjin.
