COVID-19: Saudi Arabia reports 39 new deaths, 2,504 infections

Thirty-nine new deaths due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) were reported in Saudi Arabia on Sunday, bringing the total death cases to 2,486, according to a report by Jordan News Agency (Petra).

The report said total number of infections has reached 250,920 after new 2,504 infections with the novel virus were reported during the past 24 hours.

The number of active cases that are still receiving medical care reached 50,699, 2180 of which were registered as critical, while the total number of recovered cases reached 197,735, following the recovery of 3,517 new cases, the Saudi Health Ministry said.
