The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will be held 3–6 June 2026.
“SPIEF 2026 will take place in the context of the ongoing transformation of the global economy: under the influence of technological change, the transition to sustainable development, and the formation of new financial models. As tradition has it, the Forum will be a key platform for dialogue between governments, business and the expert community, where practical solutions will be formulated to promote sustainable growth and strengthen international cooperation.
The results of SPIEF 2025 were a clear demonstration of the Forum’s significance: representatives of 144 countries and territories took part, and 1,116 agreements worth over RUB 6.5 trillion were concluded. Particular attention was paid to the themes of high-tech, infrastructure, energy, the environment, and international partnership.
Russia’s regions also demonstrated outstanding work: 83 subjects signed 831 agreements which came to over RUB 4.4 trillion,” Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organizing Committee, noted.
Saudi Arabia, one of Russia’s leading economic and strategic partners, will be the guest country at SPIEF 2026.
The Forum will coincide with a significant milestone: the 100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
