DUBAI: Iran enters the third round of indirect nuclear talks with the U.S. with "seriousness and flexibility", foreign ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei told Press TV on Thursday, adding that negotiations will only focus on nuclear topics and sanctions removal.
