DUBAI: Iran would discuss its nuclear programme and its highly enriched uranium with the U.S. if Washington fulfils its commitments in a potential memorandum of understanding being negotiated, a senior Iranian diplomat told ISNA news agency on Monday.

These issues would be discussed in 60-day negotiations in exchange for the lifting of sanctions and release of Iranian foreign assets, Hossein Nooshabadi said, according to the agency.
