Kuwaiti defence ministry says it is responding to hostile missile, drone attacks

ISTANBUL: The Kuwaiti Defence Ministry announced Sunday that its air defence systems are responding to hostile missile and drone attacks targeting the country, Anadolu Ajansı (AA) reported.

The Interior Ministry also announced the deaths of two officers from the Land Border Security Department amid intense Iranian attacks that struck the country overnight.

It said the officers were killed in the line of duty during a wave of attacks that targeted several locations, most notably the Kuwait International Airport
