Man 'marries' robot after failing to find a wife

A man from China has “married” a robot after failing to find a suitable spouse.
As reported by the South China Morning Post, Zheng Jiajia is an expert in artificial intelligence and creates his own robots in Hangzhou.
He created a “female” robot by the name of Yingying, who could say a few words.
However, there are plans for Zheng to upgrade Yingying so that the latter could walk and do house chores.
Media in China reported that they got “married” in a simple ceremony but followed the local tradition and customs.
It was attended by Zheng’s mother and friends.
