Microsoft CEO Nadella says AI must improve lives or risk losing support

DAVOS, Switzerland: Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said artificial intelligence must deliver tangible improvements in areas such as health, education and public-sector efficiency or risk losing public support for the energy needed to run it.
